From the age of 14, I knew I wanted to work within the health & fitness industry.
I loved connecting with people, I craved a challenge & I enjoyed seeing how far my body could physically go.
So, to me, the gym was the perfect place to capitalise on all three!
To this day, these passions are still the same reasons I love being within the industry, only this time, I enjoy conveying the benefits of all three to my clients & my staff.
I understand the importance of community. Some of my greatest sporting & life achievements were always done with a team behind my back, and so starting ONE80 has allowed me to help provide a space and a tribe of like-minded people who support each other, train together and win at life together, one degree at a time.

Over the past 7 years I have experienced what a positive impact training has had on me. Pushing myself in the gym has transferred over to me pushing myself in everyday life.
I have always wanted what's best for everyone, and I believe that starts with how you treat yourself physically and mentally.
Through ONE80, I have witnessed total lifestyle overhauls, and this is what drives me to continue working on my passion of helping people realise and go after their full potential.
I'm passionate about strength training, particularly in educating women on the importance of resistance training and the positive effects it can have on your body, life and mindset. I also have a passion for nutrition, and understand the influence a high quality, nutrient dense diet can have on your overall well-being.

My passion for the health and fitness industry stems from childhood. Growing up playing a number of sports and having close family members already working as Personal Trainers, it seemed like the natural career progression.
I've spent most of my career thus far in sport, working as a strength and conditioning coach for athletes from amateur through to elite levels, helping clients improve their athletic abilities and reduce the risk of injury.
Transitioning full-time into ONE80, I still carry the same passion, values and methods I've gained from my time in sport, and aim to apply them to everyday individuals - helping my clients improve their overall performance to live a life free of limitations, using simple training principles to increase strength, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of training related injuries.
Some special areas of interest for me include strength & power based training, Olympic weightlifting and energy system development.

Burgener Strength Level 2
My passion for health and fitness started through competitive swimming, where I spent over seven years pushing myself to see just how far I could go physically. That drive to improve naturally led me into coaching, where I spent four years working with swimmers of all levels, from beginners to national competitors.
Coaching quickly became something I loved. Helping others improve, build confidence, and achieve their goals gave me a real sense of purpose. That passion eventually led me into strength and conditioning, where I've continued to grow as a coach and challenge myself in new ways.
I'm always looking to develop my own skills, whether it's learning new gymnastics movements or refining Olympic lifts, and I aim to bring that same curiosity and energy to every client I work with. I want people to leave each session feeling accomplished, motivated, and one step closer to their goals.
My coaching style is all about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and constantly progressing, both in and out of the gym.

My passion for the health and fitness industry comes from a lifelong background in high-level competitive swimming, where discipline, consistency, and the pursuit of performance shaped who I am today. From a young age, I was always pushing myself in training to become the best athlete I could be, a mindset that still drives how I coach and show up each day.
After my competitive career came to an end, I shifted my focus to coaching others to move better, perform better, and build long-term health. I love helping people learn new skills, progress with confidence, and achieve fitness goals that support both performance and overall wellbeing.
I enjoy coaching individuals who want to improve their overall health and endurance, whether they're training for performance or simply aiming to feel stronger, fitter, and more capable in everyday life.
